*Admission at the Gate will only be available if Advance Tickets are not sold out, Cash only at the Gate.

Group Discount: Purchase 5 tickets and get the sixth one free! This offer is only good through Hex Hollow Music, at a Gig, Telecharge or Fax. It is not available at the other ticket outlets.

1) IN PERSON: Stop by Hex Hollow Music in Barto - the site of the Fest. We're here full time, 10am to 10pm seven days a week, but it's a good idea to call (610-845-2787) to be sure we're in. See the Directions page to find out how to get here. No Service Charge on Tickets purchased in person at Hex Hollow Music. Advance Ticket sales in person end Thursday August 24 @ 8pm.

2) BY PHONE: Call Hex Hollow Music Toll Free 1-877-HEX-7658 with your Master Card, Visa, or Discover and we'll mail the tickets for you. $4.50 per order service charge. Call with your order 10am - 10pm, seven days a week. Orders received after 10 pm August 11th will be held as Will Call at the Gate. The Telecharge Advance Ticket sales end on Wednesday August 23 @ 10pm.

3) BY MAIL : Send a check or money order for the amount of tickets made out to Hex Hollow Music, 90 Bull Rd, Barto, PA 19504-9111. Please include a stamped self addressed envelope. There is no service charge on mail order if a SASE with proper postage is enclosed. The Mail Order ended on August 11, do not send in a mail order postmarked after that date.

4) BY FAX: Fax your ticket request along with credit card information to us at 610-903-4496 and we'll fax you back a confirmation and mail you the tickets. $4.50 per order service charge.

5) FROM A TICKET OUTLET: Hexfest Tickets are now available at the following authorized outlets:

The ticket outlets are Cash Only. Service Charges are set by the Outlet. Sales at the ticket outlets continue until their closing time on Thursday, August 24th. Call them directly for their business hours and ticket availability. The Outlets have All Festival w/Camping tickets, not all of the outlets have Day Tickets. The Group Discount Rate is not available at the Outlets, only through Hex Hollow Music.

VENDING:: Vending is only permitted with a Vending Permit, which may be purchased through Telecharge or Mail Order in person at Hex Hollow Music. A Shakedown Vending permit reserves you a 10' by 10' spot to vend on Shakedown Street next to your vehicle. For all the details, check out Vendor Info

Ticket Orders received at Hex Hollow Music by August 11 will be mailed to the purchaser. Orders received August 12 - August 23 will be held as Will Call at the Gate. Advance Ticket Sales end at the outlets at the close of business August 24. Advance Ticket sales at Hex Hollow Music end August 23 @ 10pm by Telecharge and August 24 @ 8pm in Person.
